These Terms & Conditions govern the set of rules that customers abide by while ordering food online through our website. While ordering, the customer is legally accepting these terms and conditions and is bound under an agreement with Indigma. Please read these terms & conditions before ordering anything. Once the order is confirmed; you are bound by the terms and conditions agreed between Indigma and yourself.
Purchases
The details entered by the user at the time of the placement of order should be complete and accurate, in order to speed up your food delivery. For a speedy order, entered details like Contact Name, Delivery Address, Phone number, etc. must be correctly added and verified, by you, before final confirmation of the order.
Registration
Before placing an order with Indigma, the User needs to register on the website. It helps us to improve our service and allows to create a “Wishlist” of items you may want to purchase in the future. The user needs to register their details once and can then directly login to their personal account to place orders, track orders and manage the orders.
Password & Security
Once the user has made an account with Indigma, it is protected with a secure password that you determine. The activated account saves the user’s shipping details and buying preferences and suggests customized offers. No payment information is saved for your security. The password protects the account from any unauthorized attacks, thus keeping your information secure.
Information You Provide to Us
Indigma captures various user details at the time of order placement and registration. We are authorized to use, store or process any personal information provided by you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The details can include Name, Email Address, Telephone number or any other information that is relevant to process the order being placed.
If you would like to request or review any part of your personal information held by Indigma, please contact us. When you choose to buy products through our website or give us personal information, we may collect information about your buying behavior. If you send us personal correspondence such as emails or letters then we may collect this information into a file specific to you. All such information collected by us shall be referred to in these terms and conditions as ‘Personal Information’
By clicking on the ‘Place My Order’ button you are agreeing to join our email newsletter list. These occasional emails will include sale offers and new items which may be relevant to you. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Order Placement
Once your order is placed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation email from the Indigma team. This confirmation email is an acknowledgment between the two parties. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN ACCEPTED. The order will only be processed upon completion of payment.
Accepted Methods of Payment
Payments can be made using a PayPal account. Once an order is placed, a standard pre-authorization check is carried out to validate the payment request.
Delivery
We aim to deliver our orders as soon as possible. All deliveries are sent by our delivery providers with the assurance that the food will reach you hot and fresh.
Order Cancellation
Indigma reserves the rights of order cancellation and will review its return policy for cancellation. A customer can only cancel the order if we have not accepted the order. If an order has been confirmed from our side or has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it. The order cancellation request can be sent through our ‘Manage your order’ section on the website.
Online Contract Formation
By completing and submitting an order, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Our acceptance of your order is only considered complete once we the dispatch confirmation email to you, or when the goods you ordered are dispatched, whichever happens first. If for any reason your order is rejected before we can accept it and payment has been taken, a full refund will be made immediately. Any food item on the same order which we have not confirmed in the confirmation email or SMS and that have not been dispatched to you do not form part of the binding contract between you and Indigma.
Security & Fraud
Indigma complies with the applicable laws and will not tolerate any attempts to order online by fraudulent means. If an attempt is made to do any fraudulent activity, the matter will be reported to the concerned Authorities. Buyer details can easily be judged as the site captures information about the Internet Host IP Address.
